Анализ причин распада СССР
Русские, украинцы и белорусы, несмотря на высокую степень этнической близости, во второй половине XX века не смогли организовать устойчивую коалицию государствообразующих этносов, в результате чего бремя контроля над СССР легло на плечи исключительно русского этноса, а его численности было недостаточно для этого; поэтому в 1991 году произошло отпадение окраин от России, политически выразившее в форме распада СССР, в результате чего территории, населенные, преимущественно, не русскими этносами, оказались независимыми государствами, а русские стали одним из крупнейших разделенных этносов мира: численность русских в России в 2010 году – 111 млн чел., численность русских на материковой части Украины в 2013 году – 21,3-27,0 млн чел., численность русских Крыма и Севастополя в 2014 году – 1,8 млн чел.
Выводы
1. Найдена связь между относительной численностью государствообразующего этноса, ростом уровня напряженности в межнациональных отношениях и распадом страны.
2. Определено, что национализм государствообразующего этноса является силой, сохраняющей государство, а национализм всех других этносов страны является силой, разрушающей государство.
3. Причиной распада СССР является разделение единого православного этноса на этносы русских и украинцев.
4. Югославия распалась из-за недостаточной численности союза трех государствообразующих этносов – сербов, хорватов и словенцев.
5. Чехословакия распалась потому, что чехи не смогли создать союз со словаками, а численности самих чехов было недостаточно.
6. После распада СССР казахи смогли уменьшить относительную и абсолютную численность русских в своей стране, в результате чего Казахстан избежал распада и на сегодня выглядит вполне устойчивой страной.

Демократия и изменения
Демократический строй хорошо приспособлен к переменам, но демократию формируют люди, а люди склонны переоценивать свои силы и свою значимость: «тот, кто думает, что может обойтись без других, сильно ошибается. Но тот, кто думает, что другие не могут обойтись без него, ошибается еще сильнее» (Франсуа де Ларошфуко), поэтому даже самые лучшие, демократически избранные лидеры, время от времени, должны уступать свое место другим начальникам. Это требование демократии приобретает особое значение в эпоху активных научно-технических перемен, так как известно, что «чем старше становится человек, тем больше он противится переменам, особенно переменам к лучшему» (Джон Стейнбек), а любой руководитель с каждым прожитым годом становится только старше.

Выводы
Недостаток у данной системы принципов только один - это ограничение всеобщего избирательного права для некоторых категорий граждан.
Достоинств у рассматриваемой системы принципов много:
1. Каждый из принципов может применяться как отдельно, так и вместе с остальными.
2. Чем больше принципов применяется одновременно, тем общий уровень демократии в обществе становится выше.
3. Демократический строй становится адекватным быстрым технологическим и социальным переменам.
4. Граждане и политики оказываются лучше обученными правилам демократии, причем это обучение происходит на их собственном жизненном опыте.
5. Демократический строй становится более устойчивым по отношению к попыткам захвата излишней власти (в том числе и с целью установления авторитарного строя) или с целью использования власти для удовлетворения личных интересов. 6. Уровень лжи в обществе значительно уменьшается.
7. Молодые люди раньше начинают чувствовать и нести ответственность за свои поступки и решения.
8. Граждане начинают ощущать больше ответственности за свой выбор.
9. Три ветви власти становятся полностью независимыми друг от друга.
10. Экономия государственных и частных денег на выборах происходит за счет того, что:
10.1. Большинство пенсионеров будут лишены права голоса.
10.2. Заключенные и рядовые будут лишены права голоса.
10.3. Выборы станут проводиться реже.

Применение тактического ядерного оружия
Ведение войны на истощение подразумевает высокий уровень потерь, поэтому вероятность применения тактического ядерного оружия, если оно есть у одной или у обеих сторон конфликта, оказывается существенной.
Применение тактического ядерного оружия позволяет ограничить театр военных действий, а также дает возможность быстро нанести противнику высокие потери.
Обычная война на истощение характеризуется высоким уровнем военного насилия, при этом использование тактического ядерного оружия поднимает уровень военного насилия с высокого до экстремального.
Никакое ядерное оружие лучше вообще не применять ни в какой войне, так как, применив его один раз, обязательно возникнет соблазн применить его и во второй, и в третий раз – в итоге, вполне может так случиться, что цветущая ранее территория превратится в радиоактивную пустыню, а никакая победа не стоит этого!
